Please use the form below to submit a payment to Greenville Tech Foundation Student Housing.
You may easily make your application fee, or other payment to Student Housing, using the electronic form below. Please provide all of the information that is requested so the payment may be posted correctly.
Should you wish to submit a payment by personal check or money order, please include the following information on the check or money order: Applicant or Resident's full name; Home Address; Phone Number; GTC Student ID Number; and how payment is to be applied (i.e. Application Fee, Security Deposit, etc.). You will need to submit each transaction type (i.e. application fee, security deposit, or initial housing fee) on a separate check or money order. Payments that combine transaction types may not be accepted. Please send them to the following address:

Please understand that payment of any fee or fees does not guarantee an applicant an assignment in Student Housing. Acceptance into Student Housing will be communicated, via email, to an applicant once his or her application has been reviewed and processed. Additionally, the $40.00 non-refundable application fee is required of all applicants in order for further processing of the application.
